We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Project47 Studios. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To return an item, please email us at returns@project47studios.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
